Ceramics Bundle: Slab Built Mugs — Join me to learn hand building techniques to create a slab built mug that can be as creative or subtle as you choose! We'll learn how to assemble them as well as create decorative texture with various tools and techniques that let your creativity shine! I will also show you various ways to add a handle, from pulling one to building one with a slab or coil. This class is a bundle of three visits. The first class on Oct 4th allows you to build your masterpiece. A drop in session on Saturday Oct 17th to clean your bone dry piece and then a final class on Saturday, Oct 24th to learn all about glazes and allow you the opportunity to paint your pot for a final firing. You will be notified when you can pick-up the final product after the second firing. Usually this will be within a week's time if you are planning to use it as a gift.
