At Temple & Belton Flower Delivery, we pride ourselves on delivering the freshest, most beautiful flowers in Central Texas. Your satisfaction is our priority.

Freshness Guarantee

If your flowers arrive damaged, wilted, or otherwise not as expected, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We'll either replace the arrangement at no charge or issue a full refund — your choice.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled or modified up to our daily cutoff time on the day of delivery, free of charge. After that point, cancellations may be accommodated at our discretion depending on whether the arrangement has already been prepared.

Refund Method

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
